Turnover (Move in/out) Service
Moving can be super stressful, so let us take something off your plate!
With 7 years of experience in the real estate & property management field, our CEO/Owner is especially well equipped at designing a move out cleaning service that will help you get your security deposit back!*
With a 5 hour minimum on all turnover services, we will scrub and sanitize as many surfaces as possible! We do allow customization of your turnover service if you know that anything needs special attention and extra time.
Pricing:
Our pricing scale for turnover services is as follows:
Base rate of $250 for studio spaces up to 500 sq ft. (Includes one kitchenette, one bathroom, one living space)
+$25 per bedroom or additional living room/den
+$50 per wet room (bathrooms, kitchen, wet bars, etc.)
EX1: A 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom home is $275
EX2: A 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom home is $300
All move out services cover 5 working hours.
For move outs above $300, coverage is 6 hours.
For move outs above $400, coverage is 8 hours.
Larger scale move outs can be discussed individually and can include multiple move outs in the same location (like a remodeled duplex).
The cancellation of any services booked is subject to a $45.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of service are required to be paid in full.
*Each landlord/management company has their own expectations and evaluations of a space, we do not guarantee your deposit will be returned to you
