Residential Cleaning
We are pet friendly as long as your furry family members are polite!
We love working in homes with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, etc. but the pets MUST be well behaved or be contained. Well behaved pets are ones that do not pose a danger or perception of danger to our cleaners. This means a pet that growls, charges, or otherwise is unwelcoming to a cleaner must not be present in the space while a cleaner is working.
Management is happy to discuss this one-on-one if you have a pet that is scared of strangers and we can work together on a solution!

Pricing
Residential cleaning is $50.00/hr. Any service booked on a holiday or last minute (3 days) are subject to an increased rate of 30% per circumstance. If you are unclear on which holidays are recognized by this company, please feel free to reach out on the contact us page!
All residential services have a 2 hours minimum, some locations may be subject to longer minimum bookings.
The cancellation of any services booked is subject to a $45.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of service are required to be paid in full.
Gift Certificates
What could be a better gift that giving a loved one their time and a clean home?! Excellent for birthdays, around holiday parties, and during hard times when helping hands go a long way.
They are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances and not redeemable for cash by a recipient of a certificate.
